Terms and conditions – WYE Instagram giveaway

"Take a Photo & Win"

1. Organizer

The organizer of the competition is
WYE – The Circular Company UG (limited liability) ,
Mühlenstraße 3, 82407 Wielenbach,
Germany.
This giveaway is in no way affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or administered by Instagram.

2. Eligibility

All natural persons aged 18 and over residing in the EU are eligible to participate.
Employees of WYE and their family members are excluded from participation.

3. Participation in the prize draw

Participation is as follows:

1. Take a photo of your WYE cutting board in your home – e.g. on the kitchen counter or in the place where it looks best to you.

2. Post the photo on your public Instagram profile .

3. Tag the account @wye_design in the post.

By posting, you agree to these terms and conditions.

4. Participation period & selection

• The competition is ongoing .

• Every six months, the WYE team selects a winning photo .

• The selection is made according to design and aesthetic criteria and is solely at the discretion of the WYE team.

• A jury decision is final; recourse to legal action is excluded.

5. Win

The profit consists of a product from the current WYE portfolio .
This could be, for example:

• a piece of furniture

• a cutting board

• an accessory

The prize can be A-grade or B-grade goods – depending on availability.
A cash payout or exchange of the prize is excluded.

6. Notification & Dispatch

• The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message .

• If the winner does not respond within 14 days , the prize is forfeited and a new winning photo will be selected.

• Shipping is free within the EU.

7. Usage rights

By participating, the participant grants WYE the simple, perpetual and worldwide right to use the submitted photo in connection with the competition and for marketing purposes (e.g. website, newsletter, social media).
Names will be mentioned if desired.

8. Data protection

The personal data collected as part of the competition will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition and will not be passed on to third parties.

9. Premature Termination & Liability

WYE reserves the right to change or terminate the competition at any time for important reasons.
WYE is not liable for technical malfunctions, in particular Instagram outages.

10. Other

German law applies.
Legal recourse is excluded.
