How high are the shipping costs?
Shipping within Germany is calculated according to the category.
For orders with a smaller value of goods under 9kg, the shipping costs are €5.90, over €9.90.
Within the EU, shipping is charged at €9.90 up to 9kg, over €19.90.
For third countries outside the EU, shipping costs from €19.90 will be charged.
Within the EU, shipping will be charged at €9.90.
For third countries outside the EU, shipping costs start at €9.90.
Delivery usually takes between 3-10 working days, depending on the product.
On each product page there is an availability traffic lightthat shows how long shipping is expected to take. If there are any delays, we will inform you as soon as possible. Please always check your spam folder and make sure you have sufficient storage space in your mailbox.

Note that you have the option to cancel your order at any time.
As soon as you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email. We will then send you a second email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel has left our warehouse.
If there are any delays, we will inform you by email as soon as possible. However, please always check your spam folder and make sure you have sufficient storage space in your mailbox.

You will receive an email including a tracking number after your order has been shipped. This tracking number makes it easy to track your order.
Return shipment & Refund
Within 14 days you can return your order. Please contact us via hello@wye-design.comfor this purpose, we will then provide you with a returns label.
You are responsible for the costs of your return. Please note: Fewer returns protect the environment!
Ware damaged?
If it is a damaged product, please contact us via the hello@wye-design.com und send us a photo, we will then provide a return label.
Do you not like the goods?
Please contact us for this via hello@wye-design.com, we will then provide a return label for a fee.
In the event of a return, please note the following points:
1. In the event of defects, short delivery or incorrect delivery, please contact us promptly at: hello@wye-design.com
2. The return shipment should correspond to the original condition if possible. We reserve the right to withhold compensation for material damage to the product when refunding.
3. Furniture that has already been assembled must be thoroughly disassembled.
4. If it is no longer possible to return the product in its original packaging, please ensure that it is sufficiently transportable. Make sure that the packaging is good and secure, as there is often a lack of care during shipping and we have to hold you liable for any transport damage.
6. If you have already paid for the product, you will of course be refunded your money.
We will provide a label for the return shipment. Returns to the address in the imprint will not be accepted.
In the case of a voluntary return, the return is subject to a charge.
As soon as we have received your return, we will initiate the refund. You will receive an email as soon as the refund has been made.
If a product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us (hello@wye-design.com). This way, we can ensure fast processing and - if necessary - a reliable replacement.
It is possible to send back two returns in one package. Please make sure that our products are carefully packaged so that we receive them undamaged and can include them in our warehouse again in the interests of sustainability.
